Booking, Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans can change!
Tickets for The Third Conversation LIVE are non-refundable if you're unable to attend. However, you're very welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else at no additional cost. Simply email conversations@3lbconsultancy.com with your booking reference and the new attendee's name before the event.
If we need to cancel an event, you'll receive a full refund of the amount you paid.
If an event is rescheduled or significantly changed, we'll contact you with the details and offer a refund if you don't wish to attend.
Your order confirmation acts as your proof of booking, so please keep it handy for the evening.
